What if we can provide you with a variety of medical options? You can pick and choose office copayment amount and deductibles to fit your individual medical needs. We also offer options of networks you can choose. New plans are available offering Catastrophic Hospitalization plans to PPO plans. In addition, you can purchase Medicare supplemental policies.

WE can offer a choice of three plans with rates from $7 to $17.90 per month for an individual depending on the plan selected. We also offer vision coverage for an additional $2 per month.
