Overview
Global Benefit Solutions is pleased to offer Employee
Benefits Administration for the following insurance
programs:
- Medical
- Vision
- Dental
- Life
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment
- 401(k)
- Disability
- Long Term Care
- Voluntary Insurance
For these programs, the following services are
offered:
- Enrollment of New Hires and Annual Open
Enrollment
- Process All Employee Enrollment Forms
- Process All Adds and Terms of Employees and
Dependents including change in status of
employee/dependent
- COBRA Administration using GBS under separate
contract
- Adjudication of Insurance Bills
- Manage Employee Claims Problems
- Schedule Onsite at Client Address as needed
- Manage New Hire Employee Benefit Review
- Assist Client Human Resources (HR) Department
with maintenance of Employee Files as they relate to
Employee Benefits
- Interface with Employees on All Benefit
Concerns. Interface with Insurers on behalf of
Client
- Execute and Administer Employee Benefit
Survey within 60 days of Insurance Plan Renewals
- Provide Employee Hidden Paycheck Statements Once
Yearly within One Month after Open Enrollment
- Ensure Compliance with Employee Benefit
Regulations
Fees
Typical fees for these services are $10 per
benefits-eligible employee per month.
A minimum monthly fee of $200 applies.
